BW Athletics - Summary & Social Stats

During the 2023-24 academic year, I significantly contributed to BW Athletics' social media strategy, driving 9.3 million impressions and 310k engagements through creative and gameday content. Our student team saw a 14x increase in "student generated content" year-over-year, with @bwathletics achieving a 40x rise in impressions to 6.2 million and 288k engagements. We covered over 300 events, publishing nearly 1200 in-game highlights and 175 player features, resulting in a 2.5x increase in impressions and a 3x boost in engagements for in-game coverage. The @bw_athletics Instagram and @BWGameday X accounts experienced unprecedented growth, with followership increasing by 42% and 55%, respectively. Additionally, brand campaigns like BW Day of Giving and the Women's Final Four week amplified BW’s presence, generating 1.6 million impressions and 51k engagements.
